Nos ateliers disposent de 40 presses à injection de 25 T à 720 T, fonctionnant 24h pour optimiser notre potentiel de production.
A l'usine de Nowa Ruda, nous disposons de 14 machines d'injection (de 25 à 160 T).
La série couvre quelques milliers à plusieurs millions d'unités par an pour des pièces de 1 à 2500 g.
Nous proposons également l'assemblage (mécanique, soudure par ultrasons) et la décoration (tampographie, sérigraphie).
Our workshops have 40 injection machines from 25 T to 720 T, operating H24 in order to optimize our production potential.
The series cover a few thousand to several million units per year for parts from 1g to 2.5 kg.
We offer assembly (mechanical, ultrasonic welding) as well as decorating (pad printing, screen printing).
Our expertise in tool and mold maker allows us to develop and implement tools, in-house or outsourced, depending on your technical and financial constraints.
We can mold most of the thermoplastic materials:
PP, LDPE-HDPE, PS, PMMA, ABS, POM, PA, PC, PBT, PARA, PPO, EPP, PU, PEI, PPS, PEEK
Or experience of more than 60 years allows us to control design of your products, mold making, parts manufacturing and finishing operations.
